Effective listening is very important, but it’s more important to know who to effectively listen to! It is unfortunate that there are too much negativity out there, often by well-meaning friends & relatives that none the less lack confidence & belief in themselves, hoisting that upon those around them who are willing to listen! It serves one well to know what to listen to effectively; encouragement & support, but never disempowerment & limitations. PEACE
