Each morning we are born again, what we do today is what matters most. ~ BuddhaToday, I heard a surprising and saddening news, a familiar person died. Despite that yesterday she was very much okay. Death is something that is sure to happen, and yet we still are surprised when it do happens. The news reminded me an important life principle, that is to live in the moment. Most of us are not living in the moment. Most of the time, we either think ahead in the future or can't move on from the past. We neglect to see that what we have guaranteed is today. I am guilty of this as well. I'm a type of person who think and plan ahead in the future, sacrificing today for a better future. Oftentimes, these moods turn into negative attitude which shows in our facial expression or with the way we speak.
